Current assignment as Project Head of Mahan Coal Mine of JK Cement Limited from 20.01.2025. Greenfield project.
- Started Mahan Coal mine within a record time of 18 months.
- Development of Shafts, Inclines and associated infra of Mahan Coal Mine.
- Completion of all the activities & Clearance require to start a Greenfield coal project at Mahan Coal Mine of M/s JK Cement Limited. Procured 24 Ha land for CA. Got Mining Plan approved from MOC on 11.06.2025. Applied FC & EC in Parivesh on 27.07.2025. Got ToR recommended on 09.08.2025. Got FRA NoC. Conducted PH successfully on 24.10.2024. Got EC recommendation in a record time of 6 months. And FC stage-1 in 6.5 months. Started the mine in a record time of 18 months.
In-Charge, Greenfield Projects - Adani Natural Resource Ltd
(2022-07 - 2025-01)
Worked as an In-Charge of two Greenfield Projects - 6.5MT coal mine (Dhirauli) & newly allotted coal block Mada-II-Mahan.
- Key member in starting of Dhirauli Coal block.
- Land Acquisition (Award for 5 Villages), CA land procurement (1398 Ha), FC & EC, R&R (at 159 Ha Govt Land), RoW for 132 KV HT Line, Got assets measurement done in 151 Ha Govt land, Got FRA NOC in 49.2 Ha forest land, Prepared Coal evacuation route of 16 KM length and Prepared Capex for Dhirauli coal block at Adani Enterprises Ltd- Dhirauli coal block is now in operation.
- DGPS & Drone survey, Acquired PL & Forest permission for prospective drilling for Mara-II-Mahan Coal Block at Adani Enterprises Ltd.
- Implementation of Land Acquisition Management System (LAMS) and “Change Detection System” for Land acquisition at Dhirauli Coal Block.

Worked as Deputy Chief Engineer in NLC India Ltd (‘Navratna’ – Govt of India Enterprise). Joined in India’s most mechanized open cast mine.
- Production management, Safety management, Drilling, Blasting, Material Management, Manpower management of Open cast coal mine with capacity 10 MT at NLC India Ltd.
- Fully mechanized open cast mine with Specialized equipment (NLC India Ltd).
- Development of a New area near mine boundary to extract 40 LT blocked Lignite with land liasoning, development of new conveyor system and successfully marching of Specialized equipment from one end of mine to another.

- Involved in training people to enhance their technical skills. Trained more than 100 Executives in Felt leadership at Tata Steel Ltd.
- Lead the team during the preparatory work for Safety week inspection conducted by DGMS at Sijua Colliery in 2007, 2008,2009 and 2010 and at Q-SEB in 2012 also at Q-AB in 2013-2017.
