I will be single point contact for both internal and external leadership throughout the EPCM Lifecycle .Ensures the Total Project Delivery - scope of works namely Project Leadership .Engineering management ( Basic Engg + Detailed Engg ) ,Procurement management ( Vendor management + Logistics ) , Construction management ( Site Execution + Commissioning ) , Commercial and Contract management , Risk , Quality , HSE management, Client and stakeholder engagement , Internal Reporting and Governance .
