Basic Roles and Responsibilities Undertaken :
Preparation of schedule of various turnaround/maintenance activities.
Arrangement of the materials and additional supports for various planned and unplanned turnarounds and shutdowns.
Preparation of PMS (Progress Measurement System) daily/weekly basis and reporting to client.
Order 9CAT, follow, POST document and track the carrier.
Preparation of Work orders and MMT, Truck request etc.
Plan the orders for the Turnaround or shutdown.
Follow PR to RFQ to placement of PO to ETA to issue of ASN till delivery and EGR confirmation.
Maintain material details and catalogue for new 9CAT.
Preparation Monthly Progress reports.
Prepare override reports.
Preparation of daily activities report of the turnaround/shutdown.
Review the schedule job wise considering the manpower and machinery availability & Prepare detailed job plans.
Monitor the dates of the DC orders with agreed ETA priorities and duration.
Monitor the job progress against the plan and suggest measures for necessary actions.
Quality check of the received materials.
Prepare the inventory of the materials.
Ensuring that the component is not faulty before handing it over to the

Weekly & Monthly review meetings are conducted with the contractors for analysing the progress status.
Action plans to eliminate backlog and meet program shall be discussed, finalized and recorded in minutes of meeting.
Daily monitor the operations status and taking necessary action.
Follows up with the progress of each repair order and contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or time promised.
Making effective deliveries by following all operations details, inspecting the component, and making a personalized delivery.
Attending all the training programs conducted by the company
Review repair statistics and actions to determine how to better utilize time, plan more effectively, and improve operations.
Giving priority to the safety.
