During my current experience in ADNOC, I have become adapt in allocating resources and reducing the downtime of machines. At my current workplace, my typical day to day duties include,
- Preparing annual asset integrity plan & creating Sap tags for all the equipment’s & piping
- Ensuring the Maintenance plan for each assets available in SAP
- Maintaining budget tracking for the various contract companies
- Planning, scheduling & follow up for the preventive & predictive maintenance work orders for equipment’s, piping , pipeline various inspection & corrosion survey activities
- Maintain the records for the each inspection activities
- Updating integrity reports & data to CMM software’s CREDO, Nexus PIMS
- Checking in SAP for the correction or removal of equipment’s tag & maintenance plans
- Follow with IT department for Employees various access & renewals, for IT issues
- Updating weekly integrity presentation for Field operations meeting & Head office meetings
- Maintaining excel sheets for piping & pipeline risk based assessments
- Checking the Integrity NDT Equipment’s condition & send to the calibration specialist without delay
- Worked as the focal point for arranging NDT Radiography schedules & inspecting the reports
- Prepare work schedules for employees and ensure they adhere to them.
- Plan appropriate preventive tasks to reduce downtime.
- Contact vendors and source tools and equipment required by employees.
- Create operational manuals and procedures for machinery and ensure all employees follow the same.
- Ensure the machines are operated in optimal working conditions.
- Teach best practices to employees on operating machines.
- Do a cost estimation and prepare financial budgets.
- Compile productivity and quality reports and submit them to the management.
I have a strong working knowledge in Maximo , SAP and excel. I understand the requirements of the company and ensure that productivity is met.
