Oversee the payroll process, including employee salary calculations, deductions, and disbursements. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Provide oversight for office administrative functions, including maintenance of office facilities, equipment, and supplies. Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave balances. Process attendance data for payroll and compliance purposes.
Assist in procurement activities, including vendor selection, negotiation of contracts, and purchase order processing. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and budgetary.

Prepare profit & loss account and Balance sheet.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor budget performance and analyze variances. Provide recommendations for cost control and optimization.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements. Coordinate with tax advisors to optimize tax strategies and minimize liabilities.
Coordinate internal and external audits. Provide necessary documentation and support to auditors. Implement recommendations to strengthen internal controls.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Communicate financial performance and insights to internal stakeholders, including senior management and department heads. Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies.
