As a skilled and experienced Senior IT Support Engineer with over 10 years of experience in configuring and maintaining day-to-day UTM, Antivirus, Routers, Switches, Wireless, VC, and Servers, I am confident in my ability to make a valuable contribution to your team.
I have extensive technical knowledge in various areas, including Domain or Workgroup, Folder Permission Security, Remote Desktop Services (Terminal Server), DNS and DHCP in Windows environments, Active Directory Management, and Backup installations and configurations. I am also proficient in the installation and client deployment of Symantec Endpoint Security and the creation of new Hyper V (Microsoft).
My experience with Networking equipment such as Routers, Switches, Wireless Controllers, and Firewalls, including Cisco 2900, 9200, 9500, 3504, 2500, Sophos XG 310, and Force point, makes me a suitable candidate for this role. Additionally, my experience in operating Exchange servers and (SMG) Symantec Messaging Gateway Version 10.7.0 further adds to my expertise in this field.
I have completed my MCA from Vinayaka Mission University and hold a Microsoft Certified Professional certification as part of MCSE in Windows Server 2008. I have also completed a One Year Diploma in Hardware and Advanced Networking with JET KING (Delhi).
In my current role at Greater Noida Authority, I have been responsible for monitoring performance, maintaining systems according to requirements, keeping network infrastructure up-to-date and secure, and troubleshooting network issues. I have also been responsible for setting up accounts and workstations, upgrading systems with new releases and models, and maintaining existing exchange servers. I am confident in my ability to perform these tasks effectively and efficiently.
My experience as a Technical Support Engineer with ECIL, Noida, and as a Member of the Technical Team at Cabinet Secretariate, Bikaner House Delhi has provided me with excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. I am adept at researching and identifying solutions to software and hardware issues, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and tracking computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.
