• Recruitment and Fulfilling replacement Positions.
• Employee Engagement Activities conducting.
• HR MIS Preparation.
• Maintaining and Preparing Statutory compliances for all sites.
• Exit Formalities Completing.
• Attending Audits.
• Manpower Arranging ShiftWise as per Requirement.
• Maintenance and update of workman personal files.
• Maintenance of Staff Leave register form – 15.
• Monitoring All employees' attendance form-25 preparing for wages, over time statements and get together meeting conducting for security functions.
• Ensuring implementation of E.S.I., P.F. and Statutory compliances.
• Hospitality arrangements etc.
• Contract labour recruitment, dealing with contract labour issues, license renewal, statutory record from -16 maintaining.
• Maintaining housekeeping in the plant.
• Monitoring to the vehicle transports (Provide the transport facilities to the employees and higher authorities). Welfare Measures such as Canteen, recreation facilities to the wellbeing of workers.
