I am carrying total 3.2 years of experience in Major Incident Management in Tech Mahindra. As of now I am working as a major incident manager. Along with this i do have a fair knowledge of problem management, change management, request management, knowledge management. I do have understanding of ITIL ans ITSM as well. I am passionate about my work.
