IT Support Professional with 2+ years of hands-on experience in End-User Computing, Microsoft 365 administration, Windows 10/11 deployment, and Active Directory user/group management.
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related incidents; manage ticket lifecycle using ServiceNow with strict SLA adherence and accurate documentation.
- Administer Active Directory (AD DS): create/modify user accounts, manage OU structures, enforce password and group policies, and handle domain join/unjoin operations.
- Deliver Microsoft 365 support including Exchange Online mailbox management, Teams troubleshooting, OneDrive configuration, and license provisioning.
- Perform OS installations, system imaging, patch management, and configuration of Windows 10/11 endpoints; familiar with macOS troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
- Execute hardware diagnostics and repair: desktop/laptop assembly, peripheral replacement, and resolution of BIOS/POST failures to minimize end-user downtime.
- Support networking tasks including IP addressing, network connectivity troubleshooting, UTP cable crimping, and wireless network configuration using CCNA routing/switching knowledge.
- Maintain high system uptime and end-user productivity by proactively identifying recurring issues and contributing to knowledge base articles and SOPs.
