• Close Coordination with our Team members to minimize deadline as well as project cost.
• Consultant and Client review meeting and advance planning.
• Preparation & chasing of CC bills as per Billing Schedule of Contact agreement.
• Preparation & submission of Variation Statements to Client for additional N.S. Items.

• Preparation of Bill of Materials from approved Fabrication Drawings or GA Drawings.
• Preparation of Production plan for day-to-day basis of monthly production schedule.
• Inspection of Fabricated Items as per approved Drawings and make a dimension report for onward submission to TPI/Clients like Mecon, M&N Dastur, TUV India, Siemens Vai, Danieli.
• Preparation of Inspection calls and dispatch planning as per client requirements.

• Preparation of Production plan for hour’s basis production on basis of monthly schedule.
• Inspection of fabricated Items as per approved Drawings and make a dimension checking report for onward submission to Clients like Jindal, Bhusan Steel etc.
• Maintaining Daily performance & break down report, loss hour’s analysis and control plan.
• Review meeting weekly with seniors for all production related problems and issues.

• Preparation of Bill of Materials from approved Fabrication Drawings or GA Drawings.
• Planning and monitoring of monthly production target.
• Maintain Daily Production Report after checking of fabricated items project wise.
• Make an Inspection call and meet with clients during inspection and checking.
• Proper DFT checking after Sand Blasting (SA2.5) and Painting of fabricated items.

• Looking after the fabrication jobs on site as per approved detail Drawings.
• Handling Manpower & Contractor at site with zero safety culture.
• Coordinate with Senior on day-to-day basis.
• Attend Client Meeting.
