At present at Kinjore Brewery Pvt Ltd, Bhutan I have developed a comprehensive brewing and production plan with a strong emphasis on quality assurance. They appointed me as a Brew master. But I have also assumed the role of General Manager, overseeing both the brewing process and office operations.
Ltd I have developed efficient systems in place for dispatch and storage of their products which was the main issue when I took the role. Additionally, the marketing responsibility and audit, including market research and analysis, falls within my purview. I took the chance to explore my capabilities in field of Brewing Business at Bhutan and India.
