With over 20 years in the field of instructional design and e-learning, I have gained experience in all aspects of managing instructional design projects and products, from analyzing needs and identifying performance gaps, to offering learning solutions, designing, and developing end-to-end training interventions, be it traditional e-learning, microlearning, Performance Support Tools for Sales Enablement, or digital transformation. I am PMP-trained, and possess experience of managing teams, stakeholders including SMEs and customers, and managing learning delivery.

I am English graduate from Delhi University, with an advanced diploma in software engineering from NIIT. Currently, I'm pursuing my Masters in Psychology.
