Currently, I am a Program Manager at Honeywell Technology, working on multiple software/ technical projects simultaneously. I have led programs strategically to meet business & technical outcomes; formalized & controlled the program scope, milestones, and deliverables; developed project schedule & budget; finalized go-to-market strategy; tracked program progress & mitigated roadblocks; generated insights for reporting.

Pre- MBA, I have worked in steel manufacturing industry as Operations & maintenance Manager. I have experience of working in government organization; handling projects from concept to completion, breakdown analysis & support, resource management, inventory & budget management, team building, employees’ development, and people management.

Post graduated with MBA from Indian School of Business, majored in Operations management & Strategy, in 2021.

Graduated with B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from NIT, Allahabad.
