I am a researcher working in the field of MEMS/semiconductor device design and fabrication. I have expertise in this field for more than 15 years.

I'm a MEMS processing expert having more than 10 years of post Ph.D. experience in device designing, MEMS and semiconductor process designing and MEMS & semiconductor equipment operation for fabrication & characterization. I have an overall experience of more than 16 years of 100 class clean room with the below mentioned equipments.

I have hands-on experience of device processing on semiconductor and MEMS fabrication and characterization equipments including Basic Wafer cleaning, Photolithography, Reactive Ion Etching, Spin coating, Plasma Asher/Stripper, Thermal Evaporation system, Critical Point Drier, Table top sputter Coater, TMAH Etching (Bulk Etching) and Gold Electroplating. Apart from this I also have hands-on experience on characterization tools including Step Profiler for thickness measurement, IV-CV measurements, S parameter measurement of MEMS switches and Scanning Electron Microscope imaging with EDX. On designing tools, I have more than a decade experience on Layout design softwares (Tanner L-Edit and Coventor Ware layout designer), Electro mechanical simulators or FEM simulators (Coventor Ware and COMSOL) and Electromagnetic simulators (ANSYS-HFSS).
