Hotel Management Professional with 17 years of exposure in the industry

In my last assignment i worked as General Manager with Antalya by Divine Ganga Cottage in Rishikesh where I was actively involved in upgradation of Divine Ganga Cottage and setting up the new brands Antalya with new luxurious experience & SOPs.

Before

Covid i had a very successful tenure with brands like juSTa hotels and Niraamaya Retreats & have been leading the team on ground in delivering best of customer experience by ensuring adherence of prescribed service level in all departments in front as well as back of the house.

I started my career in the hotel industry as a Management Trainee at the Usha Lexus Hotels and have advanced to General Manager in just over a decade with mid segment hotels. In my last position as General Manager I have oversight of the food, lodging, housekeeping and maintenance activities of the hotel. In addition I work hand-in-hand with the top management to ensure profitability, exceptional customer service and high quality staff performance.

Although there are multiple layers of management I have experience with most departments including marketing and sales and personnel. With my hands-on experience in almost every sector of the industry like Revenue, Budgeting, P&L, Customer Delight, Staff Engagement & Cost Optimization, I believe I can step into the mentioned role of your company with every confidence of success.
