Currently im working with Flipkart as lead quality and i have over all experience of 8years in customer support field. Fortunately I have an ability to keen eye for details. I always try to find all the small bug which was avoided by the others. Currently i have a team of 5 quality analyst, Im handling thier KRA their ratings. Also conduct calibration with all the partners.
