Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement system improvements to maintain process
excellence through Measurement & Analysis.
- Develop and document procedures and action plans to define new
systems and continually improve existing systems.
- • Support QMS Manager by driving QMS initiatives and leading teams
- • Facilitates management of QMS resources and objectives, including:
- Regulatory Compliance, Internal Audits, Corrective and Preventive
- Actions (CAPA), Process Improvement support, QMS Metrics and

- • Provide internal training for QMS functions including organizational

- 8. Implementation of GAP and Puma buyer requirement and follow up through daily
- verification of the process flow.
- 9. Ensure effectiveness CAPA Program verification of Health and safety and welfare
- department.
- For product risk assessment and Testing, audits of all H&M styles & other buyers.
- Review findings in internal Testing reports and audits reports & communicate
- with all the manufacturing Units as well as washing unit on CAP (corrective
- action plan) to fix all concerns and proceed for re-audit or testing if necessary.
- Record keeping & follow-up certification with respect to H&M requirements
- international standards.
- Responsible for testing submission & approvals, especially for physical, CF,
- PhDs testing.
- Review 3rd part (BV/ITS) testing reports &communicate for any possible
- concern.
- Reasonable for Kid Safety Testing with respect to legal & international

*Generating and analyzing performance of labs, generating revenue growth

- *Ensuring and monitoring lab's testing performance and turnaround time as per
- client's requirements.
- *Providing technical assistance to clients.
- Communicating between the client, retailers and Intertek.
- Assisting in the training of vendors on the clients QA program and process
- and help vendors to understand testing items and requirement, including
- apparel, accessories.
- Monitoring and working with Intertek offices worldwide to ensure that all of
- the clients testing needs and procedures are met.
- Ensuring laboratories are performing testing in accordance with the
