With over 9 years of experience in IT Support and Production Support roles across multiple domains, I bring hands-on expertise in system deployment, application monitoring, incident resolution, and infrastructure management.
Most recently, I worked at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as a Production Support Engineer for their client, Central Bank of India. My responsibilities included supporting banking operations like EODBOD, managing Linux/Unix job scheduling, analyzing job failures, and ensuring smooth batch processing and backup operations. I also provided functional support for NEFT & RTGS modules and managed deployment and migration activities.
Previously, with Nelito Systems Ltd. for Allahabad Bank, I handled server setups, patch deployments, SQL query handling, helpdesk support, and user issue resolution. In earlier roles, I’ve supported biometric and access control systems, managed network configurations, and resolved end-user issues across hardware and software platforms.
Currently, I am upskilling with training in Linux System Engineering and Microsoft Azure Cloud Computing, further strengthening my capabilities to support hybrid infrastructures.
