I work as an HR Operations Executive with end-to-end ownership of core HR operations, primarily managing the Zoho HRMS platform. My responsibilities include complete attendance management and monthly reporting, where I prepare detailed attendance and Return to Office (RTO) reports and dashboards to track office presence trends and workforce movement. I independently manage the quarterly performance appraisal cycle end-to-end across four phases, including initiating new appraisal cycles in Zoho, updating reporting structures, role or function changes, and ensuring data accuracy throughout the process.
I also handle leave management on Zoho and prepare year-end leave analysis reports covering carry-forward, encashment, and lapse calculations, which are shared with leadership for decision-making. In addition, I manage multiple HR analytics and operational reports such as gap analysis and attrition tracking, while maintaining structured MIS files. I have been actively involved in annual budgeting for 2026, including employee engagement budgets for festivals and the Rewards & Recognition (R&R) budget, covering both monetary and non-monetary awards.
I manage the XOXO rewards platform, including monthly crediting of rewards, invoice handling, service anniversaries, and seamless integration with Zoho. Alongside this, I handle Zoho tickets, employee data changes, designation and reporting updates, and issue official HR letters such as contracts, extensions, bonds, and FNF documentation. I also support the finance team by preparing and sharing monthly payroll inputs and separation-related calculations.
Overall, my role combines HR operations, systems management, analytics, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring smooth and compliant HR processes across the organization.
