• Performing the role of Account Ops currently with earlier exposure in SBU Ops role
• Be the single point of contact for the account for providing data as demanded by Corporate based on mutually accepted timelines
• Ensure that the data is clean, accurate and within acceptable limits. As SBU Ops POC, I am empowered to question the validity of data and ensure compliance of my account and SBU
• Margin optimization of my account and SBU is my primary role
• Contributors for Direct and Indirect costs are monitored regularly to ensure that unnecessary costs does not attribute to margin
• Setting up weekly and monthly calls with Delivery Teams to review on margin optimization plans
• Tracking of resourcing demands as per requirement of account teams which includes coalition between various internal teams to get right resources at right time and ensure no revenue loss to the account
• Future resource demands from campus hiring is forecasted and shared with corporate teams for hiring
• Monitoring of billable and non-billable resources are made on daily basis to avoid dip in Manpower Utilization
• Ensure all billable resources are rightly billed to customer every month without any miss
• Revenue and profitability forecast numbers are committed in internal systems post review with EDP and SBU Head
• Seat Management for current resources and charting out plans for pipeline projects
• Work with account team on deriving our revenue and profitability targets for next year
• Identify resources with low profitability and draw out plans for optimization 
• Pyramid optimization done with account teams based on corporate policy to ensure cost per FTE reduces periodically and assisting account teams to meet YOY targets
• Ensure BCP plans are in place to ensure smooth business run at times of crisis
• Monthly presentation of decks to Account Leadership and SBU Head on Operational parameters

 Project 2 Charter Communications

• Manage all aspects of operation successfully including resource management, cost of delivery, pyramid optimization, Demand, revenue, and margin plan.
• Swiftly established into this role, collaborated with peers around the country and delivered substantial analytical insights in regular and ad hoc reports.
• Weekly meetings with project team and finance portfolios for periodical review in utilization of fund, forecasting accuracy, variance analysis, coordinating with Account Managers to
• ensure timely submission of forecast & Margin commit.
• Preparation of strategy focused presentations and documentation and Senior Management.
• Held meetings with Account Managers and horizontal PMs to explain variances and conclude the corrective actions, prepare action logs and track with action owners until actions are
• closed.
• Review the P&L report every month to achieve margin targets and revenue goals
• Customized financial reports using Excel and VBA programming to support various analytical and presentation needs.
• Maintained and managed the Microsoft SharePoint Platform for the efficient storage retrieval and version control of project related documents.
• Responsible for identifying and managing Operational risks.
• Responsible for forward planning, Staff progression and succession planning
