Thesis Project: Process Formulation and Evaluation of Jamun Flavoured Functional Beverage Prepared from Kodo Millet.
Project AHAR: Based on SDG Zero Hunger and life below water. It focuses on the effective utilization of whey, by developing new cost-effective beverages concurrently generating employment.
Project LEHAR: Based on SDG Clean Water and Sanitation and Life below water. It focuses on developing eco-friendly soaps from used cooking oil.
