I have worked at various levels in different industries since my graduation. I have over 20 years of work experience in the private, corporate as well as government sector, of which last 12 years in a managerial position. Being a finance & Administration manager in my current job, I am responsible for heading a team of 7 members in the HQ and leading a project team of 72 professionals in financial /administration matters across 24 States of India.

My experience aligns well, as I have worked in the project management team for 8 years, also due to the familiarity I had developed earlier while working in almost all sectors; I know I would make a valuable addition to your team. I earned specific recognition for my ability to effectively delegate and keep myself and my teammates calm under pressure. My experience in working with other partner state teams has taught me the importance of building trusted relationships.
