Experience managing intranet/page to upload content and ensure brand compliance, which includes Content/Data Management from creating, collating content for internal information and being the Point of Contact to support troubleshooting scenarios/Stakeholder queries.
Experience with ServiceNow functions, especially Knowledge Module.
Masters in Business Administration.
