As an experienced IT professional with over 5 years of experience, I have a broad range of technical and non-technical skills that enable me to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system and network administration. My expertise in troubleshooting, maintenance processes/procedures, and system analysis allows me to create a vision for objective and translate ideas into clear & actionable recommendations.
My technical skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, TCP/IP Configuration, Ubuntu, HTML, Python, SQL, MySQL, XAMPP Server, and Cisco Router Configuration. Additionally, I possess non-technical skills such as proofreading, document conversion, plagiarism removal, article/content writing, and data entry. I am also proficient in English, Hindi, and Urdu - all professional proficiency or above.
In my current role as Sr. Specialist - Windows System Admin L2 at HCL Technologies, I am responsible for handling a wide range of tasks such as user permissions management, resolving VIP's technical issues, software and hardware installation, configuration and administration of WDS, and more. Prior to this, I have also worked in various IT support roles such as Analyst - Service Desk L1, IT Helpdesk Engineer, Tech Support Executive, and FMS Engineer.
Through these experiences, I have gained an in-depth understanding of IT domains such as Systems, Networks, Data, and Information Security.
