Give remotely IT Support to all 24Seven's stores related to infra, application etc. Work on ERP for batch update, product MRP update, unlocked ID and other work. POS Support for billing, bill reprint, offer, ID creation, errors and other issue related to POS Machine.
Time to Time patches updation for pos and give training to user. Give Support to all types internal Applications and mobile app etc. Create new POS system and make that ready to use as per requirement.
Compile & Monitor all type reports from ERP and POS Application and provide to concern if needed. Monitor and rectify all type issues like Shift Start & Shift end , offers, Day open & close and other Applications bugs. And help to end user over the call or video call as per requirement.
If problem found related to hardware at store end then Assign engineer for store visit and take follow-ups on issue until issue not resolved and guide to end user also. Create full day report on daily basis for further use.

Do updation and changes in infra and running POS application as per business need. Provide time to time training to store team for batter understand and awareness them about changes and new updation in running applications, new launch application and for new technology in internal IT environment. Update all asset in proper format (GLPI) for budget and audit purpose.
