- Handle end-to-end mutual fund operations, including BSE Star MF login and platform management for day-to-day transaction processing.
- Perform NAV calculation and trade settlement activities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion within regulatory timelines.
- Manage Transfer Agent (COB) coordination and related back-office processing across investor folios.
- Conduct regulatory KYC validation in line with SEBI/AMFI compliance requirements.
- Process gift transfer of units and perform lien marking checks on investor holdings.
- Handle merger company processing and invoice download activities as part of routine operations.
- Perform brokerage checking and verification to safeguard accuracy of distributor payouts.
- Conduct transaction-related follow-ups with investors, distributors, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of queries.
