• Assisted cardiologists in coronary angiogram and angioplasty procedures, including primary PCI in acute MI and ACS settings, and diagnostic angiograms of coronary, carotid, renal, peripheral, aortic root, and cerebral vasculature.
• Supported valvular intervention (BMV, BPV, BAV), single/dual-chamber pacemaker implantation, ASD/VSD/PDA device closure, and pericardiocentesis for pericardial fluid aspiration.
• Supported neuro-interventional cases including acute stroke thrombus extraction (Solitaire device), carotid angiograms/angioplasty, and cerebral coiling with filter protection.
• Assisted interventional radiology procedures such as hepatic, gastric, and bronchial artery embolisation, and peripheral angioplasty using drug-coated balloons.
• Operated monoplane C-arm imaging equipment (GE Innova 2100 IQ, Philips Azurion 7 M20) and utilised Volcano IVUS/FFR systems to support diagnostic and interventional decision-making.
• Set up, operated, and managed intra-aortic balloon pumps (IABP) for hemodynamic support in high-risk cases; monitored patient hemodynamics and vital signs throughout procedures.
• Maintained sterile field protocols and radiation safety standards in accordance with hospital policy.
