Coordination between Corporate clients and Insurance companies.
Gathering information from clients to assess their insurance needs and evaluating their risks.
Researching policies from a number of insurance companies, comparing features, level of cover and price.
Arranging insurance cover for clients, submitting details to insurers.
Negotiating with insurers for policies at the best terms.
Submitting recommendations to the client with the appropriate reasons for renewing or changing existing policies.
Ensuring cover and documentation meets legal and regulatory requirements.
Collecting insurance premium and processing accounts.
Preparing reports for insurance underwriters and surveyors, in complex cases.
Sending claim intimation and arranging surveyors for property claims.
Vetting the documents related to claims and sending it to the surveyor.
Analyzing the assessment sheet.
Maintaining the claims data in required format.
Involving in all levels of servicing activities in regard to the client Viz Policy/Endorsement delivery and maintaining Monthly MIS, Statement of Accounts, Marine declaration & Fire Declaration.
Reporting to Senior Vice President & Business Head Mr. Baskar.
