I am a B. Tech. In Mechanical engineering and have worked as procurement engineer in PDO contractor, STS- Tebodin LLC and Wood Group- CCC PVT LTD., Muscat, Oman.

I am having 15 yrs work exp. in various capacities in supply chain and procurement in oil & gas industry in GCC, well versed in business processes and ERPs, including SAP MM.

· Fully responsible for entire sales and project management.

· Expediting and keeping close watch on progress of ongoing POs, dealing directly with the overseas manufacturers, and coordinating to resolve the open issues by calling concerned parties ( buyers, engg. Team, vendor ) over Teams meeting. Pushing to meet the Majan del date.

· Floating RFQs to the manufacturers, as updated on SAP Rabitah portal from PDO contractors and preparing / submitting quotes.

· Coordinating and expediting for TQs pre /post PO placement.

· Preparing and keeping track of invoices for PDO.

· Expediting for payments from clients.

· Exploring for new upcoming tender in Oman oil & gas market.

· Exploring for new partner- principals to tie-up and expand our vendor/ manufacturer base.

· Maintaining track for all RFx, ongoing POs, and invoices.

· Organizing internal team meetings with the MD, our principals and client”s team to streamline the bidding process and to resolve technical issues.

· Frequent visits to PDO's contractor companies to create and maintain liaison and good relations with the buyer’s there.
