Having more than 17 Years of experience in Accounts receivables, project and program management. Currently managing PMO activities for the clients based out of Singapore. Very strong in budgeting, forecasting and tracking project budgets.
Plan/Coordinate/Manage the execution of various projects, ensuring adherence to all project performance targets such as time, cost, quality, and achievement of proposed benefits/return.
Project Delivery: Handled project activities including Project kick-off, Project planning, Cost estimation, Project scheduling, end to end project-execution and tracking milestones, tracking Risks & Issues, weekly and monthly Status reporting to Project Control Board, Change management, Post Implementation review and benefits documentation.
Update Project Dashboards, present project progress, issue, risk, and monthly payment collection and conduct Monthly/Weekly Project reviews, conduct project meetings, on a regular basis, with the team and client to ensure the project is on track.
Define resource, provide resources monthly forecast, resource allocation and Plan, manage and maximize project resource utilization.
Management Reporting - Preparation of weekly status deck, Steering Committee pack, Focus Forum pack, Resourcing tracker, Budget Vs Actuals report.
Plan, execute and deliver product features/enhancements and deliver as per the agreed plan.
Obtain Client sign off on Project definition, scope, deliverable, milestones, change management Plan, manage and maximize project resource utilization
PMP certified on Dec-2021 and valid until Dec-2027
Bachelors in computer applications with first class.
