Steel & Alloy Castings Manufacturer (~5,000 T/year)

• Supervised and inspected welding of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and nickel alloy castings to WPS and PQR requirements — materials directly applicable to valve body and pipeline component manufacturing.
• Performed NDT inspections including Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiography (RT), and Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) on weld joints and casting surfaces.
• Ensured compliance with ASME IX, AWS D1.1, ISO 3834, and applicable international codes — same standards used in valve and pressure piping qualification.
• Maintained weld records, inspection logs, and quality documentation; coordinated with production to meet delivery schedules.
• Enforced PPE and shop floor safety compliance per OSHA regulations.
• Managed welding consumables and equipment including Fronius welding machines, gas cylinders, and weld rods.
