• Conduct inspection of bearing components across production lines and verify part-number-specific quality requirements.
• Perform visual inspection of bearing component stock and ensure completion of inspection identification/tagging.
• Prepare and maintain monthly inspection and audit reports for Hub 3, covering relevant production part numbers.

• Use micrometers, plug gauges, pitch gauges/balls, slip gauges and dedicated inspection gauges for dimensional inspection and measurement setup.
• Support root-cause analysis of quality issues to identify potential supplier, process or other sources of defects.
• Support sorting and segregation activities and coordinate manpower requirements based on the nature and volume of quality issues.
• Maintain inspection records and quality documentation using Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare NG/trash reports and maintain required documentation before removal/disposal of rejected components.
• Support NPD component inspection through dimensional, geometrical and surface-quality evaluation.
• Perform NPD inspection using profile projector, contour measuring machine, roughness testing machine and roundness testing machine.
• Participate in CMM inspection activities under authorized personnel/supervisor operation.
