I am Mohd. Azeem Uddin, an ERP Implementation Manager with strong expertise in managing end-to-end ERP projects across infrastructure and manufacturing industries. With hands-on experience in ERP administration, process optimization, and cross-functional training, I specialize in aligning business requirements with technology solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Over the last 6+ years, I have worked on multiple ERP modules, including Finance, HR & Payroll, Supply Chain, Inventory, Purchase, Sales & Distribution, Manufacturing, and Project Management. I have also contributed to system customizations, dashboard creation (Power BI & ERP), MIS reporting, and ERP integrations with external applications like e-invoicing APIs.

I am passionate about process automation, data integrity, and system-driven decision support. My goal is to make ERP systems more efficient for organizations by reducing manual effort and enabling better reporting for management.

I am responsible for supporting application functions, performing system configuration tasks, system security, resolving problems, giving change request of reports, Serves as the liaison between company staff and support teams. Utilizing application expert knowledge and tools to optimize applications.

Develops strategies for change management and system performance improvement. Participates in planning, building, evaluating, testing, implementing, and documenting new processes, modules, screens, and interfaces for business systems. Guides application users in identifying functional requirements and implementing effective information support systems.

Guides system users in evaluating their processes in order to define, simplify, and automate the activities comprising each process. Recommends automated solutions.
