My career spans leadership roles at premier recycling firms such as World Scrap Recycling Solutions, Attero Recycling, and IBM India, where I managed manufacturing units, developed infrastructure from scratch, and implemented Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR)programs across multiple facilities.

As a Plant Head/COO, I have directed end-to-end manufacturing operations, secured and maintained over 14 environmental permits (CTE/CTO), and delivered consistent zero non-compliance audit outcomes. I specialize in integrating ISO 14001, 45001, and R2 standards into facility operations, overseeing process optimization, ERP digitization, and developing SOPs for safe, efficient, and compliant recycling.

I have successfully led technical teams, introduced innovative waste segregation and material recovery processes, and provided cross-functional support to drive operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction.
