As a Chief Human Resources Officer with 11 years’ experience with an Indian Multinational company which is operating in chemical and contract manufacturing space, I am looking for new challenging opportunities in Human Resources. I have total 25 years of work experience in HR and IR.
I am currently the CHRO of VVF India Limited wherein I lead a team of 8 specialists across India, Indonesia, Singapore, South Africa, Poland, and Dubai. I am also working with the HR specialists in USA for Talent Management. I designed and executed coherent HR strategy specifically targeting organization development, performance management, succession planning, learning & development, change management, compensation & benefits.
I am also part of the core group which is working with McKinsey on Business Transformation and also leading along with external consultant a project on HR transformation covering revamping of performance process and performance metrics , Capability building through Assessment & Development center, banding & grading.

I have worked as CHRO in my earlier stints in the automotive sector (Force Motors, Man Force Trucks, Jai Hind Industries) wherein I was responsible for six manufacturing plants with 3 group companies in HCV, UV, LCV and auto components wherein I have impacted the business by working on succession planning, capability building of sales & service professionals, Leadership team hiring, performance management. I had my earlier stints with MNCs like Whirlpool wherein I looked after HR&IR for 3 plants wherein my initiatives on workforce planning, staff retention, employee engagement, capability building of WC & BC have had a strong impact on revenue and employee satisfaction. I have also worked with Dabur, UK Modi, HUL in my initial years of HR.
