Responsible for preparing technically sound, regulatory-compliant proposals, tender responses, and detailed project reports (DPRs) for renewable energy projects including solar (rooftop, ground-mounted, floating, Agri-PV) and compressed biogas (CBG) initiatives. Supports the Goa Energy Development Agency (GEDA) and Electricity Department Goa (EDG) in achieving their energy transition goals through data-driven analysis, policy interpretation, and stakeholder coordination.
Key contributions include evaluation and preparation of responses to RFPs/RFQs, drafting business plans and petitions aligned with JERC regulations, and leveraging subject matter expertise for financial modeling, tariff submissions, and feasibility assessments. Works closely with cross-functional teams and clients to present regulatory positions, promote investment-ready project documentation, and ensure compliance across technical and financial domains during both pre- and post-submission phases.
After completing my undergraduate studies in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and gaining preliminary exposure to energy sector trends, I pursued an MBA in Power Management to align my technical foundation with managerial competencies. During my post-graduate studies, I focused on energy transition, including energy policy, project finance, power trading, and regulatory frameworks to better understand the evolving dynamics of the power sector.
I thrive in cross-functional team settings where collaborative problem-solving is key to designing real-world energy and business solutions. Developed a strong grasp of electricity markets, project development processes, and regulatory strategy. Acquired skills in power project evaluation, financial modeling, and stakeholder management, which helped me bridge the gap between technical feasibility and policy-driven implementation.
