Monitoring that the stock inward and outward process is proper without compromising TAT as per the business requirement. ✓ Handling E-com Orderslike Amazon, Flipkart ,E-ship ,etc. ✓ Stock Audit for multiple branches ✓ Handling multiple branch stocks and maintaining accurate inventory for all branch stocks. ✓ Plan imports and exports depends on the orders. ✓ Arranging delivery routes based on customer orders. ✓ Handling B23B and B2C operations. ✓ Develop, teach and reinforce safety guidelines and protocols. ✓ Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed. ✓ Collaborate with other departmentsto identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps. ✓ Handle communications and negotiations with externalsuppliers. ✓ Responsible for the security and accountability ofstocks. ✓ Negotiation with transporters and other vendors for the cost-effective factor.
