I have hands-on and in-depth knowledge about operating systems troubleshooting updating and maintaining the intricate details that help keep operations running smoothly. I am familiar with Microsoft Operating Systems window 8 and Window 10 and all other Microsoft Office applications. Also, I have experience managing and supporting IT peripheral devices such as printers, scanners and other plug and play devices.
