I have overall 24 years experience in sales and Service.I have handled OEMS for obtaining technical approval and managing quality. I also handled various markets for after service wherein my regular activities were defect analysis , budget control , product development ,Training to channels , sales support activities. I also worked as Divisional head TBR replacement sales for south central region -Bridgestone.

I improved sales in region by appointment of large dealer, market expansion , activation of slow dealers, segment wise approach. After TBR rep sales I worked as an Operation Head TBR Solution Business wherein I was responsible for contract management , billing and collection , revenue achievement, asset management at site , vendor handling, Tyre life management and team development. After having worked in various verticals and I am confident to adapt and perform in challenging situation by leveraging my learnings and also b acquiring new skills in new organization.

I am desirous to work in new organization to come up with my best version.

Year 2016~2019 - worked as Manager -Technical Service TBR line of Business

Year 2019 ~2021 - worked as Divisional Head TBR Replacement Business -South Central

Year 2021(Nov)~2023(Mar) - worked as Operation Lead TBR solution Business

• Done Master in business administration through distance learning in customer relationship management , Sales Management.(year 2018~2019)
• Done Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Govt Polytechnic Bhopal (1994~1997)
