Beasal Polytech India Ltd. is a manufacturer of plastic sheet, PVC wall paneling & PVC wall panel auto component with manufacturing, 50+ manpower and supplier to leading auto companies. Reporting to Account Manager (Plant Head).

• Handling the employee's grievances by providing them appropriate solutions.
• Overall management of the Full & Final Settlement process
• Facilitate Mgt.-Security, Housekeeping etc.
• Involve in the Purchasing of office furniture and equipments.
• Check contractor's bills.
• Assist in Recruitment.
• Issuing Offer Letters and Appointment letters, Performance appraisal and Promotion Letters and transfer Letter to the employees & warning letter on fault.
• Handling all issue regarding salary.
• Taking care of all advances and deductions.
• Monitoring the attendance & leave records of all employees.
• To prepare time attendance report from software and manual as well for daily base.
• Find out miss punch, over punch, left etc.
• Compile various reports that summarize personnel actions form processing.
• Data entry & upkeep of various records.
• Day to day upkeep of office premises.
• Visitor Passes and Access Cards to the employees & visitors
• Handling legal compliance.
• Monitoring the attendance, O.T and leave, Wages & salary administration.
• Ability to work in a team as a leader or as a responsible member or alone.
• Overall co-ordination of man power planning.
• Member for coordination of various events such as Long Service Award Party, Employee of the Month party etc.
• Give rewards and punishment of employee.
• Joining Formalities.
• Supporting to Management.
• Arranging the Birthday Parties, New Year Celebrations or any event into the office, to do the Travel Arrangements.
• Take care of House-keeping activities into the office.
• Work as a mediator between different departments for smooth functioning.
• To issue Office Stationary, Data/Sim Cards, and Mobile Phones as per the requirement of the Employees.
• Leaves and attendance management.
• Manpower hiring as per the recruitment plan agreed along with the Business heads/department heads.
