- For second-level troubleshooting, access the BTS Manager to block/unblock cells or perform any required configuration changes.
- For Azimuth, RET, hardware, or cable-related issues, coordinate with the Field Engineer (FE). With an approved Work Order (WO), provide guidance and corrective actions to the FE during field checks to resolve alarms and complete the activity closure.
- Alarms such as VSWR, Rx Signal Level Failure, and Antenna Line Device Failure must be analyzed and addressed accordingly.
- Issues are raised through Trouble Tickets (TT) in the ITSM or BMC Remedy tool.
- Handled P2 incidents on an as-needed basis, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with SLA commitments.
- Responsible for handling P3, P4 priority tickets.
- Once the issue is resolved, a detailed analysis report is prepared and submitted to the customer as part of the Handover Pack.
- Managing 3UK to Vodafone site migration across 2G, 4G and 5G technologies.
- Analyzing overall KPIs for 4G and 5G networks during migration activities.
- Using 3UK and Vodafone MYCOM tools to fetch performance data (cell-wise and node-wise).
- Ensuring smooth migration of sites from 3UK network to Vodafone network.
- Supporting carrier additions and full site migration activities in Vodafone network.
