During my time at Guru Nanak Dev University, I had the opportunity to enhance my professional experience significantly. I delivered class presentations and was entrusted with additional lectures, teaching both bachelor's and master's students. This role allowed me to develop and refine my teaching skills, engage with a diverse group of students, and contribute to their academic growth.
Through these experiences, I honed my ability to present complex concepts clearly and effectively, ensuring a thorough understanding among my students. This experience has been instrumental in shaping my teaching methodology and deepening my expertise in the subject matter.
I am currently pursuing a PhD with a thesis titled "Corporate Governance Measurement and Firm Performance: An Indian Evidence." This research focuses on examining the relationship between corporate governance practices and firm performance within the Indian context. Through this academic endeavor, I aim to contribute valuable insights to the field of corporate governance and its impact on business outcomes.
