Looking All Operational activities of CGL Line (Alu-Zinc)
- Producing All material as per IS,ASTM,EN,JIS standards.
- Processing All OEM/Appliance Grade Material with Desired Properties.
- Looking All the Operational activities of CGL Line with preventive Maintenance.
- Optimize consumption of consumables (like Zinc, Alsi, Propane Gas, power, NH3)
- Active participation in 5S Activities and IMS Audits.
- Producing CQ, D,DD,SS-50,SS-80 For PPGI/Profile for Trade,Export S OEM.
- 100 % compliances with all SOPs and Prepare SOP for new product development.
- Set production target to achieve management goals
- Prepare action plan for repeated breakdowns and quality diversions.
- Training S safety Slogans for shop floor Peoples S awareness programmes.
- Monitor/Operation of on line 4HI skin pass mill, tension leveler and electrostatic oiler
- Monitor and Ensure smooth operation of N2 Plant and NH3 Cracker Unit.
- Overall operational activities of CGL Line and All other activities of CGL related to production and preventive maintenance activities of CGL (Alu-Zinc)
