About

Analyst with 2.5 years across central government quality programmes and retail analytics. Currently leading pharmaceutical sector implementation under DPIIT's National Quality Conclave at the Quality Council of India, running cluster consultations and converting field findings into a sector quality roadmap now under implementation.

Experience

Analyst at Quality Council of India (2026-01 – Present)

Post-Conclave implementation, pharmaceutical sector, DPIIT National Quality Conclave

  • Ran pharmaceutical sector consultations across different clusters for the National Quality Conclave, covering 200+ MSME units, industry associations and state officials, and converted shopfloor findings on testing, SOPs, skilling and equipment into the sector quality roadmap now under implementation.
  • Conducted the training needs analysis for 400 participants across 3 MSME cadres, mapped gaps against Lean, ZED and the 8 Quality Tools, and translated the results into cadre-wise curriculum plans and tracking requirements for the internal learning tool.
  • Built the evidence base for shared testing facility sizing: designed the pharma MSME survey, analysed responses on testing spend, volume and turnaround against reported commercial loss, and presented capacity and siting options to DPIIT through a Tableau dashboard and decision deck.
  • Coded qualitative visit findings from 9 clusters into one themed dataset across SOPs, testing, skilling and equipment, and built Tableau views scoring each cluster on common readiness criteria, so sector leads could compare clusters without manual collation.
  • Authored BRDs and functional specifications for all modules of the Quality Bharat Cell portal, mapped as-is and to-be process flows, tracked build and defects in JIRA, and ran UAT walkthroughs; every module shipped on the agreed date.
  • Replaced a 10-day manual reporting cycle for the Quality Awareness Workshops and tracked enrolment, completion and feedback by state across 500 schools onboarded into Quality Bharat Cell teacher training.

Career Break (2023-07 – 2025-12)

  • Full-time preparation covering Indian polity and governance, economy, public administration and ethics.

Analyst at Quality Council of India (NABCB) (2023-02 – 2023-07)

  • Managed 50+ accreditation processes end to end, from applicant onboarding through assessment coordination to grant of accreditation, with full compliance to ISO/IEC standards.
  • Engaged 10+ ministries and regulators to draft concept notes and policy letters embedding NABCB accreditation into their frameworks, and drove uptake of accredited certification and inspection bodies among chemical sector regulators.
  • Mapped process flows across 30+ modules of the NABCB portal, documenting the existing workflow and flagging redundant approval steps for the redesign.

Associate Consultant at Big Data BizViz (2021-09 – 2023-01)

  • Segmented 50,000+ customers using RFM analysis, sharpening campaign targeting and lifting customer retention by 15%.
  • Ran market basket analysis on retail transaction data, surfacing 10+ high-confidence product associations that raised cross-sell revenue by 20%.
  • Cut reporting turnaround for customer lifetime value, product performance and sales trends with parameterised Tableau dashboards on a modelled data layer, and automated the monthly executive reporting cycle and a 12-month cohort analysis in SQL and Python.
