Nitisha Ratnam

I am a professional in contract and compliance with four years of total experience. Presently, I am employed as a Regional In-House Counsel for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana with IPAC. My responsibilities have involved working with different commercial agreements, managing legal compliance with in-house laws such as POSH and IT, and performing legal due diligence in campaigns.

I report directly to the Legal Head and Directors and participate in stakeholder management. In addition, I have negotiated end-to-end derivative agreements and provided transactional advisory. I also have practical experience in filling for Intellectual Property Rights across different countries and ensuring environmental compliance.
