Role: Manager, Legal and Regulatory affairs, Aerospace Division.
Responsible for leading the legal operations for Aerospace vertical of the company. Responsible for providing support on contract review and negotiations on Customer manufacturing contracts with leading aerospace international organizations and all other types of contracts as required by Supply chain. Lead for managing litigation and dispute resolutions for the Company.
Responsible for administration of compliance for multiple factories and corporate offices of the Company. Instrumental in setting up modern legal infrastructure for the company such Compliance tool, contract management tool, MIS reporting systems, quality systems etc. to ensure that the Legal team is following the best quality practices to contribute to the growth of the Company. Played a key role in multiple corporate structuring transactions such as mergers, share purchase agreements etc.
Provide legal advice on multiple legal issues to all functions in the Company including, Finance, HR, EHS, Business development, SCM, Regulatory, Admin etc. on a day to day basis. Have played an active role in resolving multiple crisis situations, working alongside various corporate teams and providing legal support.
