My experience in the construction and other industries has been 9+ years, and I am a confident and experienced Health and Safety professional. I have always been regarded as a proactive, adaptable, direct, and conscientious professional who has a "can do" attitude and is eager to contribute and lead by example. To create a positive safety culture that enhances and improves the business and its environment, it is essential to gain the trust and respect of colleagues.

Through my "hands-on" experience in project HSE delivery, I have gained both theoretical and practical knowledge. I have experience in retail, wind energy, solar construction, and pharmaceuticals.

• Documentation of Health, Safety and Environment establish a robust mechanism of walk-through inspection/audit etc. of all facilities and operations on a continual basis for proactive identification and timely redressed of EHS hazards/risk through effective CAPA implementation and appropriate process documentation training.
• To implement and establish key HSE systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
• Worked with function / site-specific EHS Leaders and site personnel to obtain the necessary information to determine compliance issues within the site.
• Implementing Shop and establishment act, Factory act, National building code of India 2016, Motor vehicle act, Andhra Pradesh/Telangana Fire Safety act and rules and other state regulations.
• Conduct regular EHS inspections of man, machine, material, method of work, first aid facility etc. Ensure regular safety pep talk/communication mailers; prepare and circulate tips on safety periodically to the Units.
• To establish a training mechanism by implement/impart training programs as per HSE Training Matrix and Calendar and implementing special HSE Training programs in coordination with the Learning and Development Team (L and D).
• To promote Safety culture and community towards Safety in different channels, as Safety tips, weekly teaser, flash report.
• Assist the HSE team with projects aimed at compliance assurance, incident reduction, and program consistency between sites.
• Collaborates with management to develop an Emergency Action Plan and serve as primary contact for project site injury and incident notification, investigation, and case management. Maintains a written log of safety inspection activities, reports, and correspondence.
• Establish an HSEF assurances system to track the effectiveness of the system by conducting LOD (Line of Defense- Quarterly) as per schedule in close coordination with DC Managers.
• In conjunction with the division management team, establishes annual health, safety and environmental annual objectives.
• Update Handover-Takeover (HOTO) process with the Construction/infra and operational team.
• To interpret, monitor, implement guidelines and check sheets to prevent Fire incidents, Fines and penalties and incident rate by Lead Safety Committee meeting along with facility/plant managers (Quarterly Basis) and periodical review meeting at the cluster level.
• To maintain strict vigilance throughout the whole unit to ensure that all activities related to work safety and hygiene are carried out by.
• Law HSE policy, Construction, and commissioning respectively.
• To ensure HSE compliance as per the contract conditions and communicate the gaps as input to NHQ HSE Team.

PG Diploma in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment from Acharya Nagarjuna University.

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (with Electronics and Communication) from
