Have end to end project execution experience (Engineering to commissioning)
Preparing and submitting of RA Bill to clientwith monthly reconciliation of material.
Checking of sub- contractor bills.
Quantity Survey of various activities.
Preparation of bar bendingschedule.
Preparing and submitting rate analysis of extra item.
Planning and scheduling of project withintimeline, using MS project
Tracking scheduleactivities on dailybases and identifying of delays and reasons causingdelays.
Responsible for planning,coordinating, executing, reviewingand reporting site progress.
Preparing and Submitting DPR, WPR and MPR to client.
Monitor sub-contractors, site team, and vendor manpower.
Progress update to client and management from time-to-time and informing delaysin critical pathetc. in time for taking remedial measures.
Coordination with sub-contractor, clients,vendor, commissioning team and projectteam.
Responsible to meet project requiredproductivity.
To reviewand check that all approveddocumentation is availableon-site.
Proper Maintain hard copy of the drawingsand maintain drawingregister.
Execution of the projectwithin the budget.
Extensive experience in Finishing item- Block Work,Plaster Work, TilingWork, Gypsum wall,Painting, Interior fit out work etc.
Experience in precast, pre-stressed and post-tension work.
Ensure QA/QC requirement as per companyquality policies.
Ensure to followall the Healthand Safety relatedrequirement as per domestic / international standardsand requirements of Client.
Capable of managing several complex tasks simultaneously.
