Heading the sub-departments: Reception, admission, emergency, radiology, report despatch for IP & OP and call center.
Create a strategic plan and implement new processes and approaches to achieve it.
Review operational reports and statistical data on a continuing basis to help monitor assigned service operations.
Supervises immediate subordinates their performance of assigned responsibilities, providing advice, assistance and guidance and when required necessary.
Reporting from all the secretaries on a daily basis.
