Tune Protect Malaysia provides a comprehensive range of general insurance solutions through multiple distribution channels to balance the needs of different consumer groups. They are supported by dedicated agents, brokers and direct clients to underwrite various general insurance classes.
- Receiving Tickets through Solman Tool Raised by Business users and analyzing them to know Ticket involves Configuration Changes or requires new enhancements or can be solved at this level.
- Providing day to day operational and process support to users.
- Preparation of End User Manual when Evaluation issues are placed in Support.
- Interacting with the client in understanding and carrying out modifications according to the specifications made.
- Coordinating with Technical Consultants for modifications in standard and customized Programs.
- Worked on support Tickets with Evaluation and corrective maintenance Tickets.
- Being involved all kind of Priority Tickets.
- Conducting the meetings with the users to train regarding processes needs to follow.
- Interacting with cross functional and technical consultants to get the inputs on Issues.

- Proactively responding to the Business Users on calls to discuss the Business Requirements.
- Involving the Internal Discussions within the Team to resolve issues on time.
- Taking Care of All issues including Integration Part under the Guidance of Team Lead.
- Found out the Issues all Over FI and CD and provided the Root Cause with the help of Team.
- Conduct the FSCD end to end testing by defining various test scenarios.
- Provided training sessions to end-users and key stakeholders on SAP FSCD functionalities, processes, and best practices.
- Documented training materials, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support ongoing system usage and maintenance.
